Shirts.

That shirt was not made for you specifically. It can be.

Walk-ins welcome. 3801 Kirby Dr, Upper Kirby. Doing this since 1998.

01What we do

The difference between wear and tolerate.

Anyone can buy a dress shirt. Off the rack it is cut for an average of everybody, which is why it billows at the waist and the cuff lands wherever it likes. Taking in the body and setting the sleeve length is modest work with an outsized result.

It is the difference between a shirt you wear and a shirt you tolerate. Bring in the one you like the collar of, and we will make the rest of it agree.

02What it costs

Bring it in. We will tell you.

It depends on the garment and what it needs, and we would rather look at it than guess at it over the phone.

We will tell you what it needs, what it will cost, and when it will be ready. If it is not worth doing, we will tell you that too, and we will not charge you for the opinion.

Not the right page?

Everything wearable comes over the same bench. Pick the garment, or just bring it in and let us look at it.

06Questions

Questions people ask.

Can a dress shirt be taken in?
Yes. Taking in the body through the sides and back stops a shirt from billowing at the waist, so it follows your shape instead of the rack's. It is modest work with an outsized result.
Can shirt sleeves be shortened?
Yes. Sleeves can be set to your length at the cuff, and the cuff itself adjusted. Bring in the shirt whose collar you like and we will make the rest agree.
