1. Who operates this site
This site is operated by Quality Custom Tailors, Inc., 3801 Kirby Dr, Suite 100, Houston, TX 77098. We provide tailoring, alterations and custom garment making since 1998.
2. Using this site
By using this site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site. These terms govern the website. The work itself is governed by the written agreement, quote or invoice we agree with you.
3. Contacting us does not create a contract
Sending an enquiry through this site starts a conversation. It does not by itself create a binding agreement for tailoring work and does not reserve a date. Work is agreed when we confirm it with you directly.
4. Fittings, alterations and custom work
Alterations and custom garments are fitted to a person, so timelines and outcomes depend on the garment, the fabric and the fittings being attended. A price given before we have seen and handled the garment is an estimate. Some fabrics and constructions limit what can be altered, and we tell you when that is the case before starting.
5. Garments left with us
Please collect finished garments promptly. Garments left with us for an extended period after we have told you they are ready may be treated as abandoned, to the extent Texas law allows. We will attempt to contact you using the details you gave us before doing so.
6. Information on this site
We keep the information here accurate and current, but it is general information about what we do. It is not advice for your particular situation and should not be relied on as though it were.
7. Acceptable use
Use this site for its intended purpose. Do not attempt to disrupt it, gain unauthorised access to it, scrape it at a scale that degrades it, or submit false enquiries.
8. Intellectual property
The text, photographs, layout, logo and design on this site belong to Quality Custom Tailors, Inc. or are used with permission. Do not copy or reuse them commercially without our written permission. Third-party names and marks belong to their owners.
9. Links to other sites
Links to other websites are provided for convenience. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.
10. Limitation of liability
This site is provided as is. To the fullest extent Texas law allows, Quality Custom Tailors, Inc. is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website. Nothing here limits any liability that cannot be limited by law, and nothing here replaces the terms of a signed agreement or invoice.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute about this website belongs in the state or federal courts serving Harris County, Texas.
